Our Pastor

The Rev. Dr. Daniel Schuetz (pronounced Sheets) hails from Houston Texas but has lived in 8 different states throughout his adult life. One of those reasons is because he is a veteran, having served in the United States Coast Guard from 1997-2007. After that he worked for the Federal Government for 10yrs in the Dept. of Homeland Security, Dept. of Treasury, Dept. of Interior, and finally, the Dept. of Justice -in administrative, maintenance, and facility management positions. 

After being a life-long LCMS Lutheran and serving in multiple churches throughout those times, he entered Concordia Theological Seminary Fort Wayne in 2017, graduated in 2019, served as a Vicar from 2019-2020, and was ordained in 2020.

He is passionate about Theology and Liturgics. As a musician, he loves chanting, singing, and a wide array of music that shapes a lot of what he's about. He graduated from Central Performing Arts High School in 1996 in St. Louis MO. for the saxophone.

Other hobbies include, sports, and light off-roading interests.

Him and his wife enjoy relaxing outside (when it's not too hot) and family time with the kids and relatives.
